Position type:
Full time. Monday-Thursday with half-day Fridays.

Description of Duties:
- Conduct residential window assessments by listening to client’s desires for improvements, assessing windows, and sharing options and recommendations for improvements
- Use problem-solving skills to find solutions to unique deferred maintenance, mechanical, and weatherization issues
- Create an exceptional client experience by educating clients and sharing resources and ideas
- Craft and deliver project proposals to clients on time
- Follow up with clients to answer questions, refine scope of work, and hit sales goals
- Take precise notes and convert project details to proposals and drawings
- Participate in the sales to production hand-off through weekly conversions, production, and scheduling meetings with the office and production teams
- Fully utilize our CRM and other software
- As necessary for complex jobs and to address technical questions, meet on-site with production teams and clients to review scope of work, confirm and update project details
- Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and company culture
Skills and Requirements:
- Applied knowledge of the historic window restoration trade, or ability to learn
- Proven success as a problem-solver and independent producer
- Independent time management and punctuality
- Clean driving record
- Basic computer skills including Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new CRM and other software
Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected starting salary range of $65,000-$70,000 plus bonuses up to $8K annually for hitting sales goals.
- Paid Time Off starting at accrual rate of 3 weeks/year, increasing to 4 weeks/year after first year
- Paid holidays (6 days)
- QSEHRA Health and Dental premium reimbursement (eligible after 90 days)

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30. Half-days most Fridays.
- Fridays, typically 8:00-noon, are for staff meetings, professional development, and following up with prospective clients.
